Jun 10th, 2009. Nest merged with Yixing GuangBo Optical Instrument Co., Ltd

Wuxi Nest Biotechnology and Yixing GuangBo Optical Instrument Co., Ltd agree to merge. Both two companies are working together to develop plastic disposable cuvettes. Yixing GuangBo Optical Instrument Co., Ltd was founded in 1970 and President Chu Boming had developed the first cuvette in China. With over thirty years of research and development, Yixing GuangBo Optical Instrument Co.,Ltd，with strong ability in research and development and customizing, has 16 series, over 500 different kinds of cuvettes and has passed ISO 9001 international Quality System certification.

By this merger and acquisition, we offer our customers plastic disposable cuvettes with first-class quality.
