Our ProductsThe moulds of NEST products are manufactured in German Röders CNC and Japanese MITSUBISHI mould manufacturing facility. All of the plastic products are produced by top grade injection machines such as Sumitomo injection molding machine, which assures the consistent quality between batches. We have 300,000 grade injection workshop and 10,000 grade processing facility to make sure that the products are clean and non-pyrogenic. The surface treatment technique is vacuum plasma which has better consistency than normal atmosphere plasma and the machine we use has several international patents. The production staff is mostly composed of specialists who have manufacture experience in biopharmaceutical companies. We emulate GMP management including SOPs, QA, QC and archive system to supervise the whole production process. Both hardware and software guarantees the international standard and realizes our commitment to the customers. |
