Test 2. The Smoothness And Adsorption Evaluation Of 96-well Plate

Aim: To compare the smoothness and adsorption of NEST 96-well plate with international brand C.

Conclusion: 96-well plates are well used in many experiments. They can be either tissue culture treated cell culture plates or ELISA plates. Most of these experiments are related to ELIASA assay. If the background is more uniform, the experiment error would be reduced.

NEST 96-well plates have smoother upper and lower surface. This priority results in lower background error and helps users to get more reliable data in the experiments.

Another advantage of NEST 96-well plate is the bottom thickness. It is thinner than brand C and brand B. This helps to reduce edge effect because edge effect comes from the temperature difference between the marginal wells and the central wells . If the bottom is thinner, the temperature will be quicker to get uniform,thus reducing edge effect.
